CLUB STAND BOOKING - CADWELL PARK JUNE 2020

All clubs - especially LC Clubs wishing to take part in the LC 40th Anniversary celebration - are welcome to have a stand at the Classic Mechanics Magazine weekend at Cadwell Park over Saturday 6th / Sunday 7th June 2020, and put on a display of machines for their club in the Paddock.

Space is available on tarmac or grass, there will be Saturday evening entertainment, the bar & restuarant will be open and you're welcome to arrive Friday evening after 6pm, stay over and camp until the end of the event on Sunday - all free of charge!

Important: Pegs are not allowed to be hammered into any tarmac surfaces - any club found doing so will be charged for repairs to the paddock

All club riders will also have the opportunity to take part in a multi-lap speed-controlled Club Parade on the circuit during Saturday & Sunday lunchtime. Saturday's parade will be for Yamaha LCs Only and FOC, while Sunday's parade will be for all bikes including LCs with the usual charge of £10 per rider payable on the day. Places are strictly limited and available on a first come basis.

CLUB PARADES Club Parades will take place at lunchtime and are a perfect opportunity to experience riding the full Cadwell Park circuit. Suitable for all bikes and rider experience, the club parades are speed controlled by the CBT instructors, and include 3 laps of the circuit. No pillions are allowed on the parade. Riders will need: To wear proper motorcycle clothing; full leathers, or leather or armoured Gortex jacket & trousers, full face helmet, gloves and boots To show their full licence (photo card is acceptable) at registration Saturday is free for the LC Only Parade. Sunday will incur a small charge of £10 (as usual) which is payable on the day at registration Example timetable (times may vary): 11am: Registration & short briefing in the Cadwell Park Clubhouse 12:30pm: Assembly in collecting area / pitlane 12:45: Club parade starts 3 full laps behind the CBT instructor Exit to paddock
