WELSH CLASSIC MOTORCYCLE FESTIVAL PRIVATE ENTRY / CLUB DISPLAY  & PARADE FORM  Saturday 25 & Sunday 26 May 2024 

This Private Entry / Club Display Booking Form is for anyone wishing to display their classic bikes at the Welsh Classic Motorcycle Festival on  
Saturday 25 & Sunday 26 May 2024 
 
All Private and Club exhibitors will receive two free weekend admission tickets, Saturday evening entertainment, camping from 6pm Friday to Sunday, and access to the Chippy Run on Saturday

All Club and Private Displays will be on grass with space to park a van / support vehicle(s) behind your display. Some vans / trailers may need to be moved to the parking / camping area

Safety Note: all Exhibitors understand that this is a static display only and no motorcycles are to be ridden in the show area other than for taking part in the Club / Anniversary parades, track sessions. or entry and exit, Anyone found riding a motorcycle for another reason will be asked to leave. All vehicle movements are prohibited during show hours and all clubs and exhibitors must stay until the close of the show, if an exhibitor needs to leave early please see the organisers on the day 

  CLUB / ANNIVERSARY PARADES 

The parades are an amazing opportunity to experience riding not one but two of Anglesey's incredible circuits; the 2.5km Coastal Circuit on Saturday and the 3.4km International Circuit on Sunday at 12:15 on each day.  
 
The Club / Anniversary parades are speed controlled by the CBT instructors. Each parade will include 3 laps of the circuit, so are suitable for riders of all levels of experience. 
 
Club / Anniversary Parade Requirements 
All bikes must be easily capable of 50mph 
All bikes must be silenced and be capable of passing a static noise limit of 105dBA  
All bikes must be in good mechanical trackworthy condition with NO oil or fluid leaks 
Riders must wear proper motorcycle clothing; full leathers (one piece or fully zip together), or armoured Gortex jacket & trousers, full face helmet with visor (flip front helmet not allowed), gloves and boots - all in good undamaged condition 
Riders must show their full DVLA licence (photo card is acceptable) or ACU licence at registration (time & location TBC in Info pack). Restricted licences are not acceptable.  
Pillions are not allowed 
 
Places are limited and must be registered on each day - the time & location will be confirmed in the Information pack emailed to you before the event 
All places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis
