CANCELLATIONS
We understand it's always regrettable if a trackday has to be cancelled and we don’t want you to lose your booking or the complete fee,
so Classic Bike Trackdays operates a simple and fair cancellation policy;
Informed Cancellation – 15 or more days notice:
£25 admin fee retained per day and the remainder refunded or carried forward to another CBT trackday of your choice (valid for 12 months)
Informed Cancellation – 14 or less days notice:
£50 admin fee retained per day and the remainder refunded or carried forward to another CBT trackday of your choice (valid for 12 months)
Informed Cancellation – 2 or less days notice:
£75 admin fee retained per day and the remainder refunded or carried forward to another CBT trackday of your choice (valid for 12 months)
Uninformed Cancellation:
No refund or credit note
